Refund Policy:

If you ordered the wrong type of bags, filters, whatever, we will give you a full refund on any unopened items less the shipping cost upon return. If you received free shipping and your order total falls under $75.00 after a product refund, the shipping cost applied will be $10.00 Call or email us to let us know it's coming back. We do not accept returns after 30 days.


For a refund or exchange on a vacuum cleaner or sewing machine:

1. Call us at (510)790-4822 to obtain a return authorization number.
2. Pack the item in its original condition in the original manufacturer's packaging.
3. Ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt.

Vacuums and Sewing Machines must be in new condition..

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee + our shipping cost. Returns without authorization are refused.

We do NOT accept return on used or opened vacuum cleaner bags, belts, accessories, or parts unless the mistake was ours or the product is defective.
